Rotary Timetable Builder

Cloud-Based Scheduling Solution

Rotary Timetable Builder is an automated, cloud-based scheduling solution built specifically for elementary, middle and junior high schools using full or partial rotary systems. This program assumes that students tend to stay together as a group as they move from course to course but the program has the ability to handle splitting students into different groups for optional courses. Its goal is to create non-conflicting class, teacher, and room timetables — saving days of manual work. Administrators can try an unlimited number of scenarios saving and comparing each one until the best timetable is achieved. The printed result can be coloured timetables for classes, teachers and room

What Our Clients Are Saying

"We are planning to purchase your product on my colleague’s recommendation and with the thought that most work can be solved with 20 minute intervals given the 240 minutes of prep, but I am sure at some point, 60 minutes may need to be broken to 30 which would necessitate a 10 minute period. Your attention and follow-up to my query is what has sold me on your product and company."

"My experience with the Rotary Timetable Builder was good. It took me a while to get used to using it, but I had anticipated that and started playing with it well in advance. I had been using a “home-made” scheduling program. The Rotary seems to use the same basic principles, but is light years ahead so far as being easy to use goes. I’ll certainly continue to use it."

"I am pleased with the program. I want to renew my subscription."

"I have found that using the Rotary Timetable Builder is of great help when scheduling time comes around. I especially found the cloud-based aspect tremendously helpful — it enabled me to work on my schedule and use my laptop at the same time! As always, Peter has provided timely support when any questions arose."
