To go along with our excellent product and unsurpassed training, we offer our
users ongoing support. We maintain toll-free 800 lines that extend across North
America. These lines provide access to our head office where your call is taken
and is dispatched to the staff member best able to solve your problem. After
office hours, our telephone system requests your name and number and
automatically dispatches the call to an employee in a later time zone. Our
support hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
We use the best possible software for tracking problems and use this software
to provide fast response. If a particular problem is not in our database, we
determine the solution, add it to that database for future reference, and then
distribute that updated database to all support staff. We make this
problem-tracking database available to our users at a nominal annual
subscription rate.
We have annual Users Group Sessions in all of our major markets. This not only
provides us with a forum to show off new program features but to listen to the
wants and needs of our customers. Our company has been successful because we
listen to our customers and always try to accommodate their needs.
