Online Training - Our trainers can setup training that occurs using the Internet. You need an Internet connection, preferably high speed, and a telephone. Our trainer will setup a GoToMeeting session at a mutually convenient time and you will receive an email inviting you to the session. During the session, you will see the trainer's screen and she will phone you to establish the audio portion of the training session. This type of training can be purchased in 1/2 hour segments as frequently as required. This training method is the most cost effective because there are no travel or accommodation charges and you can schedule sessions that are short and on a specific topic.

Online Help - Our Online Help is a written help file with detailed descriptions, and Step-by-Step instruction of how to perform operations. This is an invaluable aid to understanding how to use the program.

Our Web Site - We provide our users with access to our site on the World Wide Web on the Internet. On this site we have all of our training session handouts available for downloading and/or printing. We have Crystal Report print formats that can be viewed and downloaded.

Client Forum - We sponsor a Client Forum where users can include their name on a mailing list and, if another user has a question or inquiry, he/she can have that question or inquiry automatically emailed to all others who are on the mailing list.
